Standard grooming services
BATH AND TRIM
This service includes a bath, blueberry facial, ear cleaning, hand drying, brushing out, and a light trim when needed. Your pet will also have its nails trimmed and pads neatened. Glands expressed and nail grinding are available upon request.
HAIRCUT
This service includes a bath, blueberry facial, ear cleaning, hand drying, brushing out, nail trim, ears cleaned, pads and privates neatened, and a professional full-body haircut done to your specifications. Glands expressed and nail grinding are available upon request.
EXTRA Grooming SERVICES
DE-SHED TREATMENT
Includes a specialty de-shed conditioner and brushing using several specially designed tools to decrease the amount of hair your pet sheds.
MEDICATED SHAMPOOS
For dogs with problems such as allergies, dermatitis, and irritated skin.
DE-FLEA SHAMPOO
Kills fleas on contact leaving your pet smelling fresh and clean.

Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, I authorize this establishment to immediately seek professional veterinarian attention for my pet (at my expense). I understand that all attempts will be made to contact me in the event of an emergency.
Coat Condition: I understand that this establishment prioritizes my pet's comfort. If my pet’s coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave the mats out rather than perform a painful de-matting procedure. I also understand that if my pet is severely matted, there is an increased risk of clipper burns or cuts. I understand that all attempts will be made to prevent this; however, it may be unavoidable in extreme conditions.
Coat Condition Fee: I understand that matted pets take additional time to groom, and if my pet's coat is matted, an additional fee will be added to the regular grooming price. The fee amount depends on the extent of the matting.
Health: I understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets, and I will inform the groomer if my pet has any heart conditions or stress-related issues before grooming. I also understand that it is necessary to have my pet up to date on all vaccinations before every grooming.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to change my appointment time or cancel the appointment, I must give at least 24 hours notice to make the time available to clients on the waiting list. Clients must pre-pay before scheduling all future appointments if two appointments are missed without notice.
Cancellation Fee: I understand that there is a $25.00 cancellation fee if I cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Late Pick-Up Fee: I understand that a $10.00 fee will be added to my total bill for every 30 minutes I am late picking up my pet.
